Отвратительное отношение к гостям, не хватает еды.
Приехали в июле с ребенком в этот отель. Заселили в НОМЕР ДЛЯ ИНВАЛИДОВ(((( Очень неприятное впечатление, когда ты заплатил за стандарт, а заходишь в номер, где повсюду поручни и приспособления для инвалидов, ванны нет и т.д. На что рассчитывали на ресепшене - непонятно. Уставшие, с чемоданами и ребенком, вернулись на ресепшен и попросили нормальный номер. Переселили. Значит,были нормальные...
