For Farsha Beach, I would like to mention that it is one of the most beautiful and amazing beaches all over Sharm EL-Sheikh and majority of guests come specially for Farsha Beach. The dirty area you talked about it is not a part of our beach thought it is near to us, but unfortunately we have nothing to do with it as it is not related to us. We are very glad and delighted for your honesty in mentioning the advantages of Sharm Holiday; Quietness, Staff good attitude and behavior, Room cleanliness, Well trained staff meeting guests wants and needs and so on. your review is considered as an honor received by our esteemed guest. Regarding the water: in the first day we serve complimentary bottles of water for all guests. for our regular gussets we serve complimentary fruit basket and water as a simple kind of welcoming our guests. Related to the food: Food and beverage team are at your service helping as possible as they could, so if there is a remark,get directly in touch with the restaurant manager and you will be assisted as you wish to be. and for sure we do not mind serving kids what they like to eat; french fries, pizza and so on. For tea and coffee: They are the common brand used allover Egypt and they have a pleasant taste. Finally we are very grateful and thankful for your honest review with putting in consideration we are always working on ourselves to meet and exceed guests wants and needs promising you that your next visit will be a memorable and unforgotten one. Dear Valentina, First let me seize the opportunity to thank you for your precious time reviewing our Hotel: Sharm Holiday. As you know the hotel is unique and amazing as you told me yourself. For aqua park and kids club we have specif operation hours even if there is no one around. For the night you spent at our sister hotel; Sharm Cliff, it was arranged by us as a kind of letting our guests know about our sister hotel. Regarding the food, on daily basis a survey is done by guests leaving the hotel and it shows that food variety and taste exceeds 80 % , so how come food is not good. For the staff we appreciate your good comments as all of us here doing our best and sparing no effort to satisfy our guests and make them feel comfortable. Regarding Victoria, we are very sorry if she could not meet your expectations and concerns though she did her best. In return I, Mohamed, was with you at your service when it is requested. finally, a lot of thanks for your time reviewing us and as a promise we will do our best to exceed our guests wants and needs. Уважаемые клиенты, мы очень сожалеем, что вам не нравится ваш отпуск с нами, но позвольте мне уточнить некоторые моменты Согласно новым правилам, касающимся COVID-19: Запрещено входить в ваши комнаты для ежедневной уборки или смены полотенец - только по вашему запросу. Не разрешается устанавливать где-либо в отеле более 4 человек (мы действительно несколько раз призывали клиентов не делать этого) Нет анимации или развлечений, чтобы избежать сбора людей. Открытый буфет больше не доступен, вместо этого есть набор меню (но вы можете попросить больше порций, сколько хотите) Коралловый пляж закрыт в соответствии с постановлением правительства Все эти правила переведены на русский язык, и все клиенты информируются об этом через турагентов, а также по прибытии в отель через ресепшн. Для бара вы можете выпить столько, сколько сможете, но не можете взять 20 чашек, чтобы положить его на стол, чтобы выпить его после того, как все включено время, вы можете пить два напитка на одного человека после того, как вы закончите его, вы может взять больше.
