Dear Madam, it is your second review regarding the same case. I do not see the use of all these matters and we tried hard to reach you and make your Holiday as pleasant as possible. WE replied on your review on Google ! Our policy as we explain is to solve any kind of issues,little matters-problems and suggestions on the spot and react immediately. We only can show the resuilts-rates of customers' satisfaction.Over 96 % and we do have a lots of repeaters that return each year to our Hotel. We manage the Hotel for six years now and each season we do a lot of improvements and constructions. Hotel is certified with ISO 22000 regarding the Food and Beverage Processing and Serving. Thematic Buffets are organised daily in Main Restaurant such as (Italian,Mexican,Oriental,Mediterranean,Greek & Gala Dinner). Staff is our advantage and together with greek traditional hospitality we offer an easy and relaxing atmosphere to our customers. Looking forawrd to meeting you again in the near future. What we want to point us as regarding our Hotel,be informed that at the Reception 2 ladies and 1 animatrice are speaking russian. We also be assisted several hours per day by 2 Pegas Reps. Staff is our great advantage and that is not only our view,but the opinion of 98,37 % of our guests. If there are from time to time some little issues we are here to solve them. Improvements are honestly done each season. Small issues and unpleasant moments can happen in every place any moment To be honest ,since we took over the management of Olympos Beach as Dessole Chain Hotels, we achieved a high standard of services for our customers. From one season to the next we suceeded a lot of improvements all around the Hotel Complex. Hotel customers satisfaction is up to 95 %. Since 2016 Hotel is certified with ISO 22000 reg.the Food & Beverage Processing and Serving. That guarantees high standard of food and hygienic for all our visitors.Thematic Buffets are served daily in the Main Restaurant. Regarding small things ,such as mineral water daily in the rooms. Our policy is changed the last two years. WE provide mineral water only upon arrival. If it is a big issue for clients they can request it and we are ready to arrange it with no delay. Our hospitality,flexibility and politeness is a component of our policy!
