Your comment on the daily cleaning of the rooms has been given our full attention. Be sure to make sure that we do something about it. As for the rooms, a renovation program will begin next November. We assure you that the hotel will live a new youth with a modern design and fresh and pleasant rooms. Regarding the concept off all inclusive formula, we want to clarify our point of view about this subject. we are a classic hotel that offers 3 formulas: accommodation with breakfast, half board and all inclusive. Since we introduced the all Inclusive Formula from 2 years ago, some of our customers compare our hotel with other 100% all Inclusive establishments and make us remark on the outlets that are paid in extra; Otherwhise, we separated the two bars, only to improve the quality of service, because 2 years ago, we had difficulties to satisfy all-inclusive customers when the 2 services were offered on same bars. That said, we offer one of the best all-inclusive packages in Tunisia including a thalassotherapy massage included and international drinks. Dear Valuable Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with other travelers on tophotel. I am pleased to know that you have rested well in our hotel and that you liked its architecture . Concerning your remark on the lack of animation, I want to inform you that we put at your disposal every evening a musical duo in the lobby of mokka bar. We put at your disposal zanzibar for playing cards, poker as well as the live broadcast of matches. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, our DJ Karim will organize dance evenings in the Flamingo bar terrace. Your comment on the restoration caught our attention and was the subject of a meeting with the various chefs de cuisine to study the details and remedy by concrete actions. I doubt that you have not the best occasion to discover the charm of our island or to make interesting excursions. Instead,We put at your disposal a binder of various excursions on the desk of the reception. I'm really sorry that you did not consult him.
