Никогда здесь не бронируйте!

Худший отель . Сервис ужасный. Шарлотаны. Бронировали за полгода, бронь была подтверждена . Приехали, а брони нет . Нас сначала промурыжили до 15:00, а потом просто отправили в другой отель без извинений Нам пришлось оплачивать по другой высокой цене наше проживание. Это даже не овербукинг, а просто сами ищите себе место . В другом отеле сказали , что проблемы по отелю Konyak постоянно, люди жалуются, что их постоянно не заселяют прикрываясь разными причинами . Никогда здесь не бронируйте .вышвырнут не задумываясь
