Very good hotel with perfect staff ))
The hotel staff was GREAT, every staff member that I ran into they greeted us. I also have to speak about Ahmed Azim (Receptionist). He was so kind and helpful, always, whatever we need. always he could solve all problems, Great great thanks to him. A first class hotel receptionist. An we realy appreciate his help and attention. He made us feel that our experience at the hotel was personally important. Tropitel Naama Bay is in a prime location and the rooms are well designed and very comfortable. The food was good and the public areas are relaxing and serviced by an attentive team of staff.
