I have been coming to this hotel since 2001. Very friendly reception staff, very friendly beach staff, very friendly restaurant staff. Although having the same food (menu) for 16 years, never got bored with it. Grand hotel really lives up to a high standard. Beach is always clean, rooms are always taken care of. I personally would give it a five star review.
