In my opinion Gulnur Mukhejanova was one of the best guest relation managers. I had the rest in the hotel November, 22 – December, 5. She helped me to arrange my rest. If I had any problem I asked her help. She solved everything quickly and professionally. She always had good mood and shared her positive emotions. Thank her very much!!! Meals are one of the most important aspects of the rest. Food was tasty. And I am glad that such nice person like Larry works at the restaurant. For me the good service is very important and Larry could provide it. Irina Kondakova
