Thank you very much for the rest. But I am the most grateful for Gulnur Mukhejanova – guest relation manager for her help and attitude to the guest. I lived in the room 722 from November, 22 to December, 5. Gulnur was always ready to help. She speaks Russian well. She has a nice smile. She always smiled and gave us positive mood. She was attentive, positive, creative and well-wishing. I remember her with great love. My rest was nice thanks for her outstanding service. Elena Krylova.
