Dear Ksenia, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are delighted to know that you had a positive experience with us. As for the cats, all us to elaborate on this contentious issue. We are glad to know you enjoyed our lush white beach and foods. As per hospitality laws in Jordan animals and pets are not allowed on hotel/resort premises. The cats in our resort have doubled in numbers in the past months. We often receive complaints from our guests on the prevalence of cats as they tend to walk into guestrooms, and the guests who have cat allergies have felt uncomfortable. Bear in mind the cats are not vaccinated and could potentially carry lice. We are required by law to remove the cats and send them to a rescue shelter where they are taken care of. As per local Jordanian law non of the cats as harmed in the process. We look forward to hosting you again at the Tala Bay Resort. Best regards, Dina
