I agree that the tour operator is a very serious comany as we have an excellent collaboration for may years. Regarding deck chairs as umbrellas on the beach, since these are controlled, the situation is improved a lot. At any case, you are more than welcome at any future holiday plan.

Dear guests, thank you for your preference towards our hotel as the time spend to express your experience. First of all, kindly note we are a 4* not a 5* hotel. As you have experienced already our multilingual staff is available 24 hours for any guest requirement. It is not nice when you expect somenting for your holiday's convenience and you do not find it. Obviously, this is easier to be arranged in the winter time, than uppon arrival, when we heard it for first time. However, as you see, although the hotel was full, we took care to get the room as you wanted it to. All guests are welcome at our restaurant and according to booked meal arrangement, surcharges may apply. On the beach, the use of umbrellas and deck chairs is free to all our hotel guests. As the number of them is more than enough, are controlled and if are not used for a specific period, any towels used for "reserving" as personal belongings are removed. Cleaning is taking place daily and if guests wish to be served a certain time, reception arranges it with pleasure. As our reservations department is available all year round, at the future, please contact us, in order to receive an accommodation as requested. Dear guests,thank you for your preference to our hotel, your time spend to express your comments, as for being loyal to our company and choosing our hotels for your holidays.Kindly note,not all our hotels offer all-inclusive services and obviously the holiday cost is different when you book a hotel,as ours, offering basically bed and breakfast / half board on supplement. On the beach,located in front of the hotel,the umbrellas as deck chairs available are offered to all our guests at no extra charge.Sometimes,guests reserve deck chairs using towels and then,they leave.As this is not allowed,checking the non used equipment,we remove the towels as any other belonging found,to a safe place,offering the space to other guests. At the restaurant,the specialties offered at breakfast or dinner time,in a rich buffet form fulfill the standards of a 4 * hotel.The cutlery is offered at the table by our waiters and in case of an additional need,they would be more than glad to assist our guests.Each Sunday,additionally,sparkling wine as salmon is available to all our guests during breakfast. We regret that the services offered at your arrival date were not fulfilling your expectations.As you mentioned already,our multilingual staff at reception is available all times in order to satisfy any requirement.In the firstly offered accommodation the air-conditioning was operating,when the room was checked and it has not been reported any malfunction,since April.The non-operating unit is replaced

Dear guests, thank you for choosing our property for your holidays this summer, as the time spend to express your experience with us. Reading your comments,I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused,as,usually,we try our best to satisfy all guests’ requirements. Obviously, for a booking made a half year ago, there are many possibilities to satisfy a requirement, even though the limited availability of the requested room category (just 3 accommodations). If this has been announced to the hotel at that time, or even a little bit later, we would confirm it, or suggested another period according to its availability. Regarding meals, daily at our restaurant, we offer breakfast, between 07:30 - 10:30 hrs. and dinner between 18:30 - 21:30 hrs., in rich buffet style. The restaurant has an indoor as an outdoor area and serves daily up to 300 persons. For guests willing to be served at the rooms, there is room service at extra charge available too. Above from all buffet areas it is mentioned in written in Greek, English, German and Russian language, that we kindly request all our guests, to enjoy the various delicacies offered, at unlimited consumption, but not to take out of the restaurant… Concerning kids club,so far,we receive positive comments from our guests. All children between 03 – 12 years old are welcome and have fun during the day,6 days a week supervised by special educated multilingual staff. In the evenings,just for them are available shows,kid's disco etc

Regarding food, kindly note our chef as his crew are more than happy to prepare your favorite specialty in the morning as to cook in front of you your meat or fish choice of the date. Concerning the meal cost, kindly note, dinning in the hotel is the less expensive choice as you will not find the variety, the quality of the food and the unlimited consumption, at that rate, in any restaurant or tavern available outdoors.
