Бронировали номер за три месяца. Когда приехали, нам дали...
Бронировали номер за три месяца. Когда приехали, нам дали самый неудачный номер - ледяной и темный. Когда обратились на ресепшн, нам сказали, что ничего больше не осталось. Но предложили на выбор еще 2 номера. Каждый из них оказался лучше того, что нам предложили. Почему семье с маленьким ребенком дали номер, в котором просто невозможно находиться, можно элементарно простудиться, не понятно....
