Холод в отеле
Приехав в отель, мы удивились, что в дорогом отеле практически не топят. Холодно везде: в ресторанах, в массажных кабинетах СПА-центра, в лечебных кабинетах. Все время надо ходить в теплой одежде. Персонал слабо реагирует на просьбы. Поселились в номер, обнаружил что лампа над зеркалом в ванной комнате перегорела, сообщил на рецепшен, но за 8 дней так электрик и не подошел. На эти мелкие...
