Могут лучше, но не хотят

Брать с собой полотенца и туалетную бумагу. И нервы.

Была там дважды. Первый год по ДМС, второй год за свои, дала ещё шанс. Зря. Ничего не поменялось, хотя уверяли в бронировании, что все проблемы решили.

Посмотрел ужасный рейтинг санатория , чуть поправил оценки:) Начну по порядку путевку оформили от предприятия, по проживанию заселили в номер типа люкс на 3ем этаже , ремонт свежий, в номере большая кровать и раскладушка , номер с балконом с видом на гору Железную нас троих это очень даже устроило, в номере по приезду выставили пару банок кофе, пару пачек чая, печеньки и конечно фирменную...

В санатории явные проблемы с заселением. Сначала ездили сами с мужем. Просила только не первые этаж. Приезжаем: первый этаж, рядом лифт, касса, общественный туалет, окна ко входу, где все люди ходят. Я в номере слышала и как в туалете смывают, и как на ресепшене звонит телефон, и как лифты в ночи ездят...

Когда я прочитала отзыв о работающем в спальном корпусе перфораторе и иных шумных работах , не поверила. А зря! В "Бештау " идет ремонт . После процедур и обеда ,согласно правилам санатория , хочется отдохнуть ,ан нет. Над нашим номером ломают стены ,меняют сантехнику , ламинат. В КВМ едем попить воды , подышать воздухом и за тишиной. Пишу из лечебного корпуса ,в номер страшно возвращаться!!! ...

В отеле ремонт!!! сильнейшая вибрация

Отдыхаем второй раз
Сейчас нахожусь в номере на 5 этаже. Сегодня суббота и на 4 этаже идет ремонт с применением перфораторов и отбойных молотков. Зам директора по строительству Елена Вячеславовна отказалась подниматься в номера, ссылаясь что по законодательству подобные работы не запрещены, а значит будут проводиться и строители ей не подчиняются.
