Every review sent in by the users has to complete compulsory moderation. If a review doesn't go against any rules of TopHotels, moderators assign it into one of the following categories: Review/Mini Review/Gratitude/Complaint
Reviews that go against the Moderation rules can be found in Deleted and Spam sections.
