Mitsis chain is nice
Good:
Close to airport & Heraklio. Delicatesses. Good service, reception, guest relation, beach, territory. Marble everywhere. Friendly atmosphere in lobby & bars. Hotel car rental has competitive prices.
Wrong:
Small rooms. The webpage promised imported alcohol - there was none. Clouds of smoke - management must do something about smoking - special areas must be allocated even in the open. Taverna & Chinese restaurant not worth visiting. Animation rather vulgar. Spa too expensive. The price for the tour was double if compared to the same to the Mitsis Rhodos Village.
