Dear Wessam Zakaria, Thank you for understanding. Let me ask you some questions. How far is it from the hotel to Cenzo Mall in Hurghada? And how much is the taxi there? Are there any other malls (not local stores but big supermarkets) in the nearby area?

Dear Wessam Zakaria, Thank you for your explanation. But it seems obvious that all entertainment programs should be available to all hotel guests regardless of their tour operator, language they speak and the country they come from, especially those for children. OR they should be available for additional price, for instance. And it just doesn't look nice to show the sign "For Germans only" to a foreign child who wants to join and have fun as well. It does look as discrimination, though I see that it is just a service offered by the German operator. We are going to stay at Jaz Makadina soon and I hope that this situation will be figured out by that time. Best regards, EAL

Мы летим сюда в июне с детьми. Как же я расстроилась, прочитав этот отзыв. А кто-нибудь жаловался менеджеру отеля? Скажите, а эта фрау кем является - аниматором или поваром? почему она печет вафли и делает молочные коктейли?
