Dear Guest, Thank you for completing a full and detailed review on your recent visit to our Resort, appreciating your time and efforts to inform us about your experience, as we are very much keen to take every guest comment into consideration to keep our standards as high as you would expect. Unfortunately, the english translation of your review is not very clear but I understood that your comments concern the bathroom's fan and the door and the noisy air condition. I passed this comment to the Engineering department who will take care immediately. I will investigato also about the delay of your maintenance order, to make sure that it will not happen again.
