Dear Mrs. Elena, On arrival we offer our guests one bottle of water in their room fridge, after which there is a possibility to refill your bottle at the bars or the main restaurant. This is a policy we have adopted (like many international hotels) in order to cut back on the plastic waste. There is also a minimarket in the hotel reception should you decide to purchase water. Regarding the wi fi , we have a good coverage in the rooms as well as on the entire hotel territory, including on the beach in front of the hotel. Dear Mr. Maksim, We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was not satisfactory. Our entire staff is always working hard to ensure that our guests are experiencing the best holidays while staying with us. Having said this, it is regretful you did not inform us on the spot that you are not satisfied with your room, as we are positive that our Reception team could have proposed an immediate solution for you and find another room. Regarding the food, we take great pride in welcoming international guests from all over the world, thus having many food themed nights in the main restaurant as well as the traditional Greek evening in our Taverna by the beach, in order to please such a diverse group of guests. Dear Guest, We are sorry to hear that our hotel did not meet your expectations and we would like to kindly inform you that our staff team and management are always open and available to our guests. Should you have informed us on site that you were not satisfied with your room, we are positive that we could have found a more suitable accomodation and fixed this issue immediately. Regarding the plastic water bottles, kindly be informed that our hotel ( like many other international ones) has adopted a "green policy" to reduce the plastic waste, however our guests can refill their water bottles either in the bars or the main restaurant. The sign you mentioned reffers only to beverages ( soft drinks). Regarding the lunch basket, indeed we offer only for inhouse guests that go on trips, as it is a lunch substitute for the clients that are not here for lunch hours from 12:30 to 14:30. Since the check out time is at 12:00 ( again an international fact) we do not provide lunch baskets to our departures, however if they have a late transfer we never cut the AI bracelets, meaning the clients can use these services until their departures no matter how late in the day the transfer will be. Furthemore we do offer early breakfast from 5:00 to 7:00 am to early departures. We can assure you that within the network Dessole Greece hotels we have the same standard in all 5 locations (Crete and Rhodes). Again we are trully sorry that you did not fully enjoy your stay with us, and we would like, if given the chance, to welcome you back once more in our hotel, to help change your mind. Какое питание представляется для таких малышей, есть ли возможность купить детское питание в магазине, предоставляется ли кроватка в номер и прогулочная коляска на время проживания ? Так же необходим горшок для старшего ребенка (предоставляется ли он платно /бесплатно )?

Здравствуйте! Нам очень нравится ваш отель. Огромное спасибо сотрудникам вашего оттеля, они очень гостеприимные, вежливые, доброжелательные. Мы с мужем были в Греции в вашем отеле в 2014, в 2016 и вот в этом 2018 году мы тоже уже купили путевки в ваш отель с 25 мая. Мне бы очень хотелось узнать можно ли расчитывать на получение комплемента от отеля, как постоянным клиентам.
