Dear Юлия Замотина, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at SUNRISE Marina Resort, Port Ghalib -Select- and bringing to our attention elements, which need improvements. Our hotel strives to provide the best quality of service for our guest. In this goal, the guests comments are for us very important and always taken into consideration. As you were in 2017, let me tell you about all the changes and correction of the information: - All of our rooms have bathrooms. - Fitness Room was upgraded with new machines and all of them are in use. - WiFi is available in all resort, currently we are even upgrading the speed! - Booking in Travel Agency doesn't necessarily means that we received it straight away. Please accept our apology that the room wasn't waiting for you upon arrival, we humbly asking for your forgiveness. - We do not have issues with hot water, we had installed last year many boilers and special pumps to deliver hot water to all the rooms. - We had changed Animation since 2017, no one can say now that it is boring! I hope it gives you a better look on the hotel in current stay. We hope that one day you will decide to visit us again in order to see all the changes with your own eyes.
