Dear Mr.Victor, Noted with thank. First of all i would like to inform, again disagreed with their complain & extend few things for your considerations. 1/. At the incident they had confirm, they have found lost of money after open the safe by using their own PIN. But as of mechanism of the digital safes if you open the safe with using your own PIN , its mean that safe has been already closed with same PIN number. therefor very clear no one has open the safe in any method. 2/. They had lodge the complain with their tour agent & mention they have lost $ 1200.00 but here they have mention $ 2000.00. Again disputed ???? 3/. As of the incident of the time i ask them should go the nearest police & make the complain as they will do necessary investigation to conclude the matter at the sight. but they refused & departed immediately. 4/. Further we have already fixed the CCTV cameras covering each & every rooms as a permanent solution for avoid these kind of unnecessary last minute incidents. Appreciated their review of hotel & thank you very much. But regret to inform about their final comment . Surprised they check every thing was correct before departure at hotel except money. As they mention on review , that CCTV cameras in right entrance of each & every doors & win doors of the rooms. I think this was the reason they decided to count money away from the hotel to help for the bad com mentor as much as possible. |

Remember this lady accompany with guest who was friend of them of same disused in restaurant & plan to push us for some of lost of money since no camera at that time. fortunately one of our staff can understand russian language & heard about the plan.she create the problem & finally escape after leak the plan. we already quote same on booking.com as well.Further we have already installed the CCTV camera & no any problems for last few months & already fixed the problem too. |

Отель переоценен по отзывам звезд никаких он не достоин (3-ка тут и рядом не стояла)
Garden furniture - Few weeks before this area had a cyclone & had a big damage to our garden furniture, some of furniture we found 50 -100 mtrs away from the place. further we had proceed insurance claim for such damage & looking for replacement of them. House keeping- We did regular cleaning process but we had a bad experience with some of tourist of market .therefor we do cleaning at request at present of them at room. |

We don't agree with their comment. I would like to inform , they have already confirm, they have kept money at safe & they found lost of money after open the safe at few minutes departure of the date. All of safes install in rooms are 100% digital & no one can open the safe unless manufacturer of the safe. further one of guest who from Belarus had a problem as they have forgot the pin & we had to get down the manufacture representative to open the safe. further we have photos of them & you can refer them for further information. Most of hotel in here having bad image of tourist of some country ( don't like to mention the name of country ) use to do this as a practice. Surprised all of them came to know their losses in few minutes before the departure they are trying to pocket to us or get the complain report to claim in their.
