Arrived at the hotel at 11 am, a big thanks to the boys at the reception by Karim Morsy (well know Russian) and Mohamed Hassan, has always helped us in all matters! We settled in quickly, given a great room, maid service, every day! Bed linen, towels, changed every day. aid Mohammed Elatar make different shapes of our towels, very nice.
Food-great! A large selection of dishes, all fresh, many pastries, desserts, attentive ofiianty! Especially Taha Ibrahim and Ahmed Sayed-they served us, very patient and polite!Bar and a delicious cocktail.
The hotel is very beautiful, well-kept area, clean, nice furniture, especially the lobby. Recommended for a relaxing family holiday. The bus runs regularly to the beach, a sandy beach, a small, but great coral! Entire rest liked come again! THANK Mercato!
