My favourite place in Sharm
There are places on our planet where you want to return again and again. This hotel has become the very place for me and my family.
The majestic building and interiors just call you to take pictures to proud of in social nets. Lobby is equipped with numerous photo zones. Even real thrones behind the piano) Spacious rooms are carefully cleaned and decorated for guests.I liked my cosy balcony overlooking the garden. And it was so quiet in the room. Housekeepers are at your disposal all day ( mine was Ramdan -hi,thanks for ur care). Wonderful pools on the roof and inside the building with warm water ( I always come in winter). Spa is really fantastic- Ikram and Nada- you are real magicians! Dishes in the restaurant became even more delicious with warm greetings and jokes of executive chef Moammer Ismail. Though the occupancy of the hotel at Christmas time was 98% practically no queues in the dining hall and vacant tables any time.
The real treasure of this hotel is a strong and hard working team.Mr. Mahmoud Kamal, front desk manager-unflappable and perfectly balanced, no matter how many tasks he has, ready to solve your problems. Muhammad Ismail, day receptionist, very polite, supportive, open to all your requests. Muhammad Sallam, night receptionist,kind, efficient, quick minded and reliable. He treats guests problems as his own and knows how to calm down even a very angry person)
Great respect to Mr.Ahmad Badawy- to gather such a team! Special thanks to Anna, guest relation- this fragile woman is a hospitable hostess for everyone, ready to answer all your questions.

I didn't contact with all people who created this warm and relaxed atmosphere in this hotel, but I want to thank all of them: Mr. Mohamed Abd Gelil-General Director,Mr.Mahmoud Gelberto and Mr. Mahmoud Tamam, restaurant managers, Mr. Mohamed Ragab Housekeeping Manager, Mr Mohamed Hassan F&B Manager.
In this hotel I found what I value most of all, when on vacation -- to be among friends.
