Много лживых отзывов! На Гугл удаляют плохие об этом отеле!
Пишу честный отзыв!
А не тот, что выпрашивают аниматоры, их просто ругают если им не напишут отзыв на 5 звёзд.
Разозлили!!!
Минусов много:
В отеле очень старые номера, убитая сантехника, розетки болтаются, плитка отваливается, плохие балконные двери.
С 6 утра так гремят двери, такого нет нигде просто!!!
А всё из-за того что надо идти занимать лежаки. Немцы-пенсионеры, которых тут половина всё займут!
То что останется - там нет вай-фая и очень ветрено в ноябре!
Так и я сходила в 6:00 заняла лежаки у бассейна своими тапками-коралками. Приходим в 8:00 тапок нет! Лежаки отданы немцам! Хорошо хоть не выкинули тапки - нашлись на ресепшен.
Это просто воровство в отеле называется!!! Значит вещи немцев вы не трогаете!? А у русских можно убирать!? За баксы на всё готовы!
Руководство видимо поощряет такое отношение к русским гостям!
Море здесь хорошее, рыбки, красивая территория, кормят хорошо, готовят вкусно, официанты/бармены все вежливые.
За вид и верхний этаж доплачивала 20 долларов, хотя вид на лагуну оплачивала при покупке тура.

First of all, we would like to thank you for your review, but at the same time we would like to express our great disappointment that your stay in our hotel was unfortunately not to your satisfaction and that you cannot therefore recommend us.
Our entire team works hard every day to improve the service in our hotel.
That is why the positive and critical opinions of our guests are very important to us - preferably expressed on site - because that is the only way we can find out what our guests like and what they don't.
Most of our guests are very satisfied with our hotel and have no reason to complain.
We also know very well that we cannot satisfy every guest, but every day we all do our best to meet our guests' expectations.
But depending on what expectations you have of your stay, this can also lead to great disappointment.
In the age of social media and hotel review portals, there are many reviews of our hotel, not just here on Google (which does not delete any not so good reviews and also the hotel management can't delete any reviews), from which much of what you write here can be read and with appropriate research it could be clarified before booking whether the hotel meets your expectations or not.
Regarding your comment that our rooms and bathrooms urgently need to be renovated, we would like to inform you that all important repairs and maintenance work are carried out continuously, but this is unfortunately not easy in a hotel that is open all year round and has holiday season most of the year. Nevertheless, we are constantly carrying out renovations and replacing defective equipment (furniture, etc.) immediately. However, due to the size of the complex, not all defects can always be dealt with immediately.
As far as the sun lounger situation is concerned, there are enough loungers available for our guests throughout the hotel area, perhaps not necessarily in the preferred area, but our recreation team at the pool and beach are always happy to help organize the loungers accordingly.
As an international hotel with an international clientele, we always welcome all nationalities who spend their holidays in our hotel and offer all nations the same hospitality and service.
However, due to different holiday periods in different countries, it can happen from time to time that one nation is more strongly represented than others.
However, at Arabia Azur, the German nationality is always the most strongly represented but that does not mean they are peferred to any other nationality.
We also don't want to forget to thank you for the positive comments on our well-kept facilities, the delicious food and the good service of our staff. We are pleased that we were able to convince you at least on these points.
It is a real shame that we could not meet your expectations and that you therefore had reason to be dissatisfied.
But we are also firmly convinced that the many positive reviews and the high number of our regular guests cannot be wrong and speak for our hotel.
