Не понравилось что для ребенка до 5 лет не предоставляется пастельное белье и полотенца бесплатно, за эту услугу попросили оплату 3500р.

2. Восстановить браслет который практически не держится на руке 2000р.

3. Стаканов в столовой практически нет , но это из за не своевременной уборки столов.

4. Ассортимент еды в отелях 3 звезды здесь же в Витязево разнообразней и вкуснее. Меню за два дня особо не менялось.

5. Интернет очень слабый, на телевизорах есть только 20 каналов, включить на них интернет тв или просто синхронизировать экран телефона на телевизор не возможно.

6. Парковка у отеля платная, для своих же гостей в 3 звездочных отелях предоставляют бесплатно. И ладно бы парковка была нормальной, машины наставляют и перекрывают друг друга
