Best experience ever
We think that this was our best experience ever. This hotel is very nice and clean, and the staff was kind and qualified. Special thanks to Mahmoud Atif, from the Lagoona bar and Hasan El Sayed, from the Lagoona restaurant for making us feel better. We were also impressed by the receptionists, due to them solving our problems swiftly. The beach is clean and close to the hotel, the rooms were always clean and the minibar was always full. The only problem we had was with the security because they didn't let us go into the personal pools during the evening.
Overall, it was a great experience that we recommend dearly.
