Worst experience ever.
Won’t be a long post. We are still in the hotel.
Severe lack of food, employees are rude to you, hiding liquor / coffee / food to keep it to themselves. Rooms are clean, ocean is great.
Everything related to service / food / alcohol - very poor quality.
The management changed very recently and it’s not the hotel it used to be at all. Please save your money and sanity, do not go here.
Had to wait for over an hour in the morning to drink coffee, the bartender just said that they ran out of coffee, it keeps repeating every single day. Same goes for rum, beer. There is 2 choices of cocktails, if there is rum available. They often run out of rum.
