This was one of the worst hotels I've ever been to in Mexico. Sandos deserves three stars, but never five stars. Wi-Fi in this hotel was terrible, and on the beach it was rare; there was not in the room at all. The food in the buffet was not fresh, and the choice of fish and seafood was poor. Fresh juices were diluted with water. The waiters didn't know basic English words. The coffee-machine was broken for 3 days. The cutlery was dirty, and when I refused the coffee, the waitress brought me coffee and milk in a bowl, because she did not know English at all. The alcoholic cocktails in the beach bar were also diluted with water.There were only two sockets in the room, one of which was used for a kettle. The cistern in the toilet did not work for 2 days.Restaurants ala carte don't have tablecloths.The swimming pool was cleaned one time for five days.
