Superb hotel.
Amintra on guest relations was absolutely superb. Give that girl a pay rise. She deserves it so much. Thank you for looking after us. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. She literally could not do enough for us. The hotel is super so much to do. Cascade zone is incredible. Def the best part of the resort. The rooms in the new part are fabulous and the swim up pool bar up there really cool too. Loved it....... 😍 the only downside is the no WiFi in the rooms it really really would enhance the hotel.
