Заехали утром рано чтобы попасть в полу пустой отель на 50$ на ресепшен отдать.

Вылет наш гид позвонил в отель предупредил о задержки рейса ресепшен не слова не сказал в итоге 3 часа на чемоданах

Ужасная работа ресепшен и его сотрудников

Трутни. Отвратительное отношение к людям не уже ли так трудно предупредить. Как мини бар проверить аж в 10 утра прибежали а предупредить и сменить на стойки информацию о вылете так и не сделали. При чем с утра сдавая номера мы спросили про вылет есть задержка или нет. Сказали что все без изменений предложили тут же браслеты сдать
