We were in this hotel in this July. According to other reviews (and my own), it is obvious that Desert Rose has amazing pools, bars, beach, territory etc, so I want to pay your attention to people who work in this hotel. Our family fell in love with this hotel thanks to them!

First of all, I wanna say THANK YOU for the best team of waiters. We constantly ate in the same hall (the first hall if you will count from the Lebanese restaurant) because of them. They cleaned, made our orders very quickly, but the most important was their attitude to the guests. They constantly smiled and were so friendly to us. Also I want to stress how professional Alaa is. now I am so inspired by his love to his work. Every second he was doing something and it seemed that he never stopped. He could pour the drinks and through the second he was already moving tables and chairs (it is the separate chapter of my admiration).

Also I want to say thanks the brilliant barmen’s (especially at the Sand Bar and Sunset Bar). They were so friendly, always asked me how I was and sometimes I had conversations with them and understood that they are so good people!

My family made up the metaphor that this hotel is the little world where every person is responsible for the specific work that affects whole mechanism. We also were inspired by gardeners who began so early and made so difficult work. And manager (who measured temperature near the entrance of the restaurant in front of the Lebanese restaurant) who was friendly, made jokes with us and remembered us.

And a little recommendation from me: if you wanna improve your English, I recommend you go to the amphitheater and watch cartoons that are showed in English:)
