GREAT HOTEL AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!
This hotel is really amazing. I enjoyed every day there.
Hotel area is soooooo big and pretty. There are many flowers and trees. Everything is so green and well-groomed. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and pools here.
All the staff was very friendly, kind and ready to help!!!
I wanna say hi and also a thanks for great services to managers, bartenders and waiters Haitham Adel, Ahmed Abdelbaset from Tropicana bar, Mahmoud Zidan from Soda bar, Gomma el Hmrawy from Sunset bar, Yousef Melad from the Palm restaurant,Ibrahim Sobhy from Bella Vista, Islam El-Said, Islam Emad from Fattoosh.
Animation team is funny and energetic. You made our days and evenings full of joy. Thanks to Ryan, Mohamed, Moda, Hady, Julia.
