Очень обижены остались на отель

Мы с мужем приехали в отель в 3 раз. Прошлые 2 раза заселение проходило на отлично. Но на этот раз нас просто швырнули на территорию соседнего отеля Лейла. Сказали что мол заменяемость 100%. Номер оказался значительно меньше и состояние номера не сравнить с Джанглом,а мы ведь покупали путевку в Джангл аквапарк, да и цены на эти отели отличаются.Про остальное писать нечего, так как мы только сегодня приехали. Но эмоции переполняют от такого неуважения. Этим мы подведём черту. Очень обидно когда ездишь в одно и то же место, а к тебе никакого уважения.
