Остались не довольны обслуживанием. Столкнулись с ситуацией, вместо её решения, просто даже слушать не хотели, мы правы, а вы здесь никто. В любой ситуации нужно быть на стороне отдыхающих, как мне кажется. Приехали в отель второй раз да ещё и родителей своих пригласили. После такого отдыха, который еще даже не закончился, а я уже пишу этот отзыв, в этот отель ни нагой. И вообше никому не советую. Если отдых делается для ребенка, а он плачет, а всем всё равно, то это не отдых. Луно-парк, ради которого я и выбрала этот отель повторно и его руководство, люди, которое не умеют думать и решать проблемы. А проблему можно было решить очень просто.
