We spent 8 nights in Rixos from Nov 21 till Nov 29. And I would definately NOT recommend the hotel to my friends. We've never had such bad service (especially in 5 stars hotel): we're used travelling with two little kids when the hotel performs room upgrade at no charge. Taking into account that the hotel was not full by our arrival such offer was not considered by hotel personnel at receiption at all.

Personnel in the bar on the beach - they can fully ignore your request or answer in a very rude manner that there is no milk for milk shake or there is no strawberry syrop to add into milk shake they are not able to make milk shake warm adding just a hot water. And we could get our order only when I asked to call a manager. Only after that we got exactly what we wanted. That's not acceptable at all!!!! And you had to see the face of that guy who served us (he was so furious and did not even try to hide that).

Rooms were not cleaned well. Carpet was cleaned just one time and only our request since there was a lot of ants just in one hour after our kids ocasionally crambled biscuits. I've never seen ants in the hotels. Mini bar was not re-filled on a regular basis (we used only water and biscuits).

There is no a bath tube in the room. That's not convinient having little kids.

No toilet on the beach - how it could be possible to miss that??!!!!!. And you have to run with little kid looking for the nearest toilet which is quite far.

Kids animation - every day kids' disco is the SAME: same music same dancing elements. How are kids animators not tired of that themselves????? There should be some variety.

Если вам не сделали апгрейд (да ещё и бесплатный), это не повод для негативной оценки.
Хорошо хоть на английском пишите. Не все поймут! ))
Бесплатный апгрейд это нормально для семьи с маленькими детьми при наличии в отеле свободных номеров. А когда работникам отеля нет дела до просьб постояльцев, вот это ненормально.
