Dear Ms. Smirnova. First of all, I would like to thank you for choosing Hilton Hurghada Resort and for having the time to write and post your valuable feedback on Top hotels website. We are grateful for your feedback as it will serve as a further source of inspiration for use to achieve the highest standard of hospitality. I was really disappointed to realize that we weren’t able to meet your expectations concerning some points in your stay. Therefore, please accept my deepest regret for any inconvenience caused. For the accommodation problem caused by the receptionist, please rest assured that It has been communicated to our Font office Manager and Human Resources Manager and will seriously dealt with. Moreover, severe corrective actions will be taken as appropriate. However, I would to clarify to your good self that individual attitude and isolated situations that do not comply with the Hilton Service Standards. In mean time we do have extensive and regular trainings to all team members to address and rectify any similar cases. In regard to Wi Fi service, please allow to highlight that in order to ensure high quality and speed of internet access, please be informed that the service is managed by an independent company. In addition that free Wi Fi in public area is projected in our future plan to take place for the coming year.
