Dear Customer, Thank you very much for having chosen our hotel to spend your holidays and the time it has taken to write this comment, which unfortunately shows your dissatisfaction with our services. This unfortunate incident occurred before your departure from the Hotel, and we did not have the opportunity to conduct an investigation with your presence. These cases are not usual in our Hotel, and it is always in our interest that the Police investigate to take the necessary measures, but certainly it was not possible with your departure to make the demand and an in-depth investigation. After your departure, our Security Department once again visited your room, and an interview was conducted with the chambermaid in your room. However, the investigation continued and the results have not yielded any evidence to clarify what happened. We offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
