Горный Алтай прекрасен
Отдыхали в этом отеле с мужем и внучкой в начале августа. Бронировали на пять дней, но вынужденно уехали на сутки раньше так как у внучки началась аллергия на какие то цветения. Администратор Наталья Александровна любезно предложила написать заявление о возврате средств за сутки. Деньги перечислили очень быстро, за что мы очень благодарны администратору и Чулковой Инне. Теперь об отеле....
