- рядом есть небольшой пляжик с открытым пространством.
- Минусы:
- сантехника очень уставшая
- Маленькие комнаты Стандарт всего 16 кв.м.
- очень маленький балкон(!) только выйти стоя покурить
- в ванной комнате пол заливает постоянно водой
- что ужасно раздражает
- со слива летят постоянно мошки от сырости.
