В 2010 году гостиница была отмечена сертификатом и дипломом о включении в официальный реестр каталога «100 Лучших ГОСТИНИЦ РФ -2010». Салехард – Административный центр ЯНАО. Единственный город на Полярном круге, в прошлом Обдорск был основан русскими казаками в 1595 году и был самым северным форпостом Российского государства. Сегодня древний город переживает свое второе рождение.
