We have stayed at the hotel 3 weeks ago and have been charged 100 euro more by the mistake of the receptionist while checking out. 3 weeks have passed, and we have still received no refund. They don’t give comments by phone and require us writing letters, and then simply don’t reply! We are so furious about the situation and would recommend anyone...
