My name is Anna Vorobeva and I've booked a room at your hotel during my visit to Florence from 9 to 12 of July 2013, and 2 days more later. It happend like I left my favorite dress in a wardrobe in my room. I dont remember its number, but was outstanding little cottage near swimmingpool. Ive already asked my friend (who lives near Florence to take it from you and send it to me by mail - but seem that no chances with this person) Could you check please, do you still have it somewhere? Its long, a grey color, with floral ornament of white small flowers.
