Испорченное настроение и недоброжелательное обслуживание
Номер в отеле забронировали и оплатили за 3 месяца делюкс.Приехали в отель в 12-30,ключи выдали сразу.Ни улыбок,ни приветствия.По многочисленным лабиринтам отеля,по двум переходам и на двух лифтах добрались до номера.В отеле порядка 400 номеров,а не 18,как написано в описании.Увидев так называемый номер "делюкс" мы были в шоке!!! Номер порядка 10-12 кв.м вид из окна на обшарпанные...
