    Санаторий 30-летия Победы состоит из 2-х спальных корпусов, клуба, столовой и лечебно-диагностического корпуса, соединенных переходами. Корпуса оборудованы лифтами и соединены теплыми переходами. Бювет для приема минеральной воды железноводского типа (Славяновская) расположен в здании здравницы. На базе санатория работают два общекурортных диагностических центра - кардиологический и урологический. С 2005 года на базе санатория функционирует Общекурортная Клинико-диагностическая лаборатория, психотерапевтический центр.
