Начну с того, что, да,возможно, не очень удачно заезжать 1.01 после новогодней ночи. Но персонал должен всегда быть готов к встрече гостей. А в моём случае получилось так,что пришли,стоим. Никто не встречает,хотя время 11 часов дня. Про ресепшен вообще молчу,его просто нет. Непонятное помещение со столом,стулом и компьютером в недостроенном здании,я так понимаю, будущей столовой.
