Уютная квартира в историческом центре курорта, в зелёной зоне, 3 мин от вокзала и автобусной остановки, 400 м до лиственничного парка, 300 м до моря, 500 м до озера и соснового бора, магазины и рестораны в 5-10 мин пешком. Есть всё необходимое: мебель, посуда, бытовая техника, бытовая химия, полотенца, постельное бельё. 1 большая новая широкая двуспальная кровать и 1 раскладной полутороспальный диван. Летом здесь никогда не бывает жарко, в зимний период включается отопление и подогрев полов. Не принимаем гостей с детьми до 5 лет и с домашними животными.
