На улице Чехова, отлично!
Отель расположен в "очень спальном районе", этим термином обозначаю частный сектор с одноэтажными домами. Сейчас, рядом с отелем строится жилой многоэтажный дом.
На такси из центра 10 минут, от ж/д вокзала, 20 минут.
Отель новый, 2 корпуса (по три этажа): вход на территорию - электрический замок на калитке, вход в корпус - электрический замок. Вход в номер - электронный ключ.
