    История здания, в котором расположен отель «Carat» начинается в 18-м веке. За сотни лет оно перевидало немало владельцев, но нынешний вид стало приобретать только в 1917 году, благодаря перестройке в стиле барокко, смешанном с классицизмом. Здание уникально и признано национальным памятником. На его фасаде в идеальном состоянии сохранились лепные панели в стиле рококо. После полного восстановления его двери снова открылись, теперь в качестве одного из самых элегантных четырёхзвёздочных отелей в центре города, предлагающих высококлассное обслуживание.
