На истину не претендую, исключительно личное мнение от увиденного.
Останавливался в данном отеле. Что могу сказать:
Расположение отеля, конечно, не очень удачное. Ни кафе, ни магазинов рядом нет.
Под отелем(он располагается на неком на холме) проходят ж/д пути. В целом это не мешает отдыху и сну. Шумоизоляция в номере хорошая.
Номера опрятные, чистые. Не слишком...
