Грязь и хамство!
Бронировали через букинг, выбрали определенный номер, дали совсем другой, маленький, темный, как чердак. Хотели заселить в номер из которого перед нами выехали гости, мы задали вопрос "вы хотите заселить нас в грязный номер? ", в ответ услышали - " Да замолчите вы! ". В итоге дали другой номер, тоже грязный, санузел весь в воде.
Завтраки ужасные, холодная манная каша, холодный...
